The Milky Whey’s instant fortified nonfat dry milk is made by removing the water and fat from cows’ milk to produce a dried product uniform in particle size that reconstitutes with ease. This powder can be used reconstituted as a beverage, in beverage products and for cooking purposes. During the production we can also fortify this powder with customer specified levels of vitamin A & D.
