Anhydrous Milk Fat / Butter Oil

The Milky Whey’s anhydrous milk fat is made from fresh pasteurized cream.  During production practically all of the moisture and nonfat solids are removed resulting in a product with 99.8% milk fat and very little moisture.  Anhydrous milk fat gives creaminess and natural dairy flavors to finished products and is more heat stable than butter and has a longer shelf life than butter.  Contact The Milky Whey to learn more or to place an order of anhydorous milk fat products, in large or small quantities.
